La Maison du TCG, whose details appear in the Legal notice, is the controller of data collected via lamaisondutcg.com.
Identification data (email, name, shipping address), order data (purchase history, cart), gamification data (XP, ranks, quests, streaks), browsing data (cookies, anonymised IP). Payment is processed directly by Shopify and our providers — we store no card number.
Order processing, account management, loyalty programme, newsletter (opt-in only), fraud prevention, legal and accounting obligations, service improvement.
Contract performance (orders), consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), legal obligation (invoicing, 10-year accounting retention).
Active account: until you request deletion. Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation). Analytics cookies: 13 months max. Technical logs: 12 months.
