Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the online sale of trading cards, sealed product, mystery boxes and accessories offered by La Maison du TCG.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern every order placed on lamaisondutcg.com. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the online sale of trading cards, sealed product, mystery boxes and accessories offered by La Maison du TCG.
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS) are sold under the grade indicated at order time.
Prices are in euros including VAT, excluding shipping. La Maison du TCG reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.
An order is firm and final once payment is validated. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. La Maison du TCG reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a customer dispute, suspected fraud or stockout.
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Crypto payment (BTC, ETH, USDC) will be available soon via NOWPayments.
Orders are shipped from France within 48 business hours (except dated mystery boxes). Cost and lead times depend on the destination. Every order ships insured (Colissimo Recommandé, Chronopost or DHL Express depending on value).
Per French Consumer Code article L221-18, customers have 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal. Opened mystery boxes, limited drops and graded cards bought in live shows are non-refundable (article L221-28).
Every graded card is guaranteed authentic per the cert issued by the grader (PSA, CGC, BGS). In case of fake discovery, La Maison du TCG refunds in full upon presentation of a re-grade report.
La Maison du TCG shall not be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product, force majeure, or temporary unavailability of the site.
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts. Per French Consumer Code articles L611-1 et seq., consumers may use a mediator free of charge.
