We ship from France to metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. More European destinations may be added — contact us if your area is not covered.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days in metropolitan France and 3–6 business days to Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. You receive an email at every step.
Exact fees are calculated at the cart based on destination and weight. Graded cards and high-value orders always ship tracked and insured — this protection level is included in the displayed fees, with no hidden surcharge.
Graded cards travel in their slab, protected by foam and rigid cardboard. Sealed products are wrapped in reinforced bubble wrap. Nothing on the parcel reveals its contents, for discretion and security.
Every shipment generates a tracking number emailed to you as soon as the carrier picks it up. You can follow your parcel in real time until delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours: insurance covers the declared value. If the carrier loses the parcel, we re-ship the item or refund you in full — your choice.
