Every order is prepared with the care collectible products deserve. Here is everything you need to know about our shipments.
We ship from France to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Free shipping from €159 to a pickup point applies to mainland France only; for Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, fees are calculated at the cart. Switzerland is outside the European Union: customs duties or VAT may be charged on delivery, payable by the recipient.
Orders are prepared within 48 working hours. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days in mainland France and 3 to 6 working days to Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. You receive an email at every step.
Free shipping from €159 to a pickup point. Home delivery always paid.
The €159 threshold is based on the product amount including VAT, excluding shipping fees, and applies to mainland France only. Home delivery remains paid whatever the order amount. For other destinations, exact fees are calculated at the cart based on destination and weight. All shipments are tracked, with no hidden extra.
Detailed rates by weight bracket are coming very soon. In the meantime, exact fees are shown at the cart before payment.

Sealed products are wrapped in reinforced bubble wrap with rigid cardboard suited to the format. No mention of the contents appears on the parcel, for discretion and security.
Every shipment generates a tracking number emailed as soon as the carrier takes over. You can follow your parcel in real time until delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and let us know quickly, ideally within 48 hours: we open a case with the carrier and find a solution. If the carrier loses the parcel, we resend the item or refund you in full, your choice.
