Returns

Under the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. Here is how it works with us.
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without giving any reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Just write to us via the Contact page or by email.
Items must be returned in their original condition: graded cards in their intact slab, sealed products unopened. An unsealed product or a damaged slab may lead to a deduction matching the depreciation, as allowed by law.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the items back. Returns must ship tracked and insured at the same value as the original shipment — return costs are yours, unless we made an error (wrong item or undisclosed defect).
We refund all sums paid, including initial standard shipping fees, no later than 14 days after recovering the items or receiving proof of return shipment. The refund goes to the payment method used at purchase.
If you received an item that does not match your order, or with a defect not described in the listing, contact us within 48 hours: we cover return costs and exchange or fully refund — your choice.
If a dispute remains unresolved with our customer service, you may freely refer it to a consumer mediator pursuant to articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The competent mediator's details appear in our Terms of Sale.
